How much do you charge for delivery?​


Local Singapore deliveries are free island-wide for orders above S$80.00. Flat rate of S$10.00 applied for orders below minimum. For overseas enquiry, kindly drop us an email at info@thoughtfulfood.co for more information.




How long does it take to deliver Thoughtful?


Currently, delivery is only available within Singapore. Upon payment, we will deliver to an address you specify within 3-5 working days.

I’m not happy with my purchase. Can I get a refund or replacement?


At THOUGHTFUL, your satisfaction means a lot to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with what you have received. You may contact us at contact@thoughtfulfood.co within 5 days from the date of purchase along with your order number and reason. We will get in touch with you within 3 working days once we have received your request.





 

Store Handling

How should I store Thoughtful?


You can store Thoughtful in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight. It does not require refrigeration.




How long can Thoughtful last?


You can find the best-before date printed on the labels. Please use up the whole bag once opened, DO NOT split for separate use.




Can I keep reconstituted Thoughtful mince in the fridge?


Yes! Reconstituted Thoughtful mince can be stored in the fridge (<5°c) for up to 5 days. Take care not to add other ingredients until necessary and to cover it properly to prevent foreign contaminants from falling in.




Can I freeze reconstituted Thoughtful mince?


Yes! You may portion and shape Thoughtful mince into patties, balls, nuggets, etc and freeze them (<18°c) for up to 3 months. DO NOT refreeze after thawing.




Can I chill/freeze cooked Thoughtful mince?


Cooked Thoughtful mince can also be chilled (<5°c) & frozen (<18°c) for storage, following proper food safety standards. DO NOT refreeze after thawing.
